Hello, I am Harper, a pretty 58 pound girl with a luxurious blue coat. I have got beautiful little flashes of white that really make me stand out in a crowd. I am a very social girl who is easily leashed, and I always look forward to going on long walks and experiencing all the exciting new adventures coming my way. I originally came to the shelter as a stray, so while my past history is a bit of a mystery, I never let that hold me back. I know that there are so many wonderful new memories to be made out there with my new forever person, and I cannot wait to start our lives together.
